At a minimum, the driver must have bodily injury liability coverage of at least $15,000 per person injured in any one accident and $30,000 total for all persons injured in any one accident. Additionally, the driver must have a minimum of $10,000 property damage liability coverage for the destruction of the property of others as a result of an automobile accident.
